“Laab Namtok”  is a dish from North-Eastern part of Thailand, commonly known as Isaan.

Laab Namtok is actually a Thai Spicy Salad, but it’s not a vegetable salad, instead it’s a meat salad. You can substitute pork with beef, fish, tofu, mushrooms or even fried-chicken.

With NGUAN SOON Laab-Numtok Seasoning Sauce Powder, cooking Laab Namtok will be more convenient and delicious.it’s very easy to make, and it’s a brilliant combination of ingredients.

A spoon of Laab Namtok followed by a ball of fresh sticky rice, is one of the great flavor combinations.

Directions :

• Stir-fry 400g. minced pork , beef or chicken with 100ml(1/2cup) of water until meat is cooked.
• Stir in 1 packet (50g.) Laab-Numtok Seasoning Sauce Powder.
• Add finely sliced shallots, chopped sawtooth coriander and mint leaves and serve with fresh vegetables.
