Ingredients: As per photo #2 / No MSG added

Directions : Thai Style Grilled BBQ Pork on Skewers (AKA Moo Ping)

• Dissolve 1 packet (50g.) of Thai Pork BBQ Seasoning Sauce Powder with 1/2 of water. Add 1 tbsp of vegetable oil.

• Sliced of (325g.) Pork or Chicken into rectangular pieces of 1/2 cm thick.

• Marinade in Mixture for 15 mins. Thread onto bamboo skewers and grill. Ready to serve with Thai Style Spicy “JAEW” dipping sauce and Thai Sticky Rice.
